Application field:
Monosodium Phosphate is widely used in food industry and fermentation industry. It can also be used as a buffer in food industry and fermentation industry. It can be used as raw material of fermentation powder, sticky material and ripening agent of bread and sauce, powder sour agent, quality improver of light condensed milk; it can also be used as stabilizer and binder of cheese and other dairy products, meat and fish meat products, buffer of baking powder, mixed salt for curing, etc.
